Jack Chernos plays his rousing, inspirational songs of social justice at pickets, ralles and protests. He has written a number of songs of historical significance, including
* “The Silence of Good People,” which has been inducted into the National Civil Rights Museum,
* “The Union Grand,” which was the theme song for the Million Worker March on Washington, and
* “Sold Down the River,” the song played in continuous-loop from the
Steelworkers’ billboard truck during the Battle of Seattle.
