Democracy Now! celebrating 13 years of independent media is coming to Seattle on Friday, November 27th to set the stage for the Seattle Plus 10 Week of Action. Amy Goodman will be speaking at Town Hall bringing with her Breaking the Sound Barrier a collection of articles in which she shines light on the corporate media’s deceptions.

The event is a fundraiser for  KBCS- 91.3 FM, a listener supported, non-commercial, community radio station, operated as a public service of Bellevue Community College. Their goal is to entertain, educate and involve a diverse community of listeners with a variety of music, cultural and public affairs programs.
